Maldivian Themed Round Table With Lazy Susan Section
The outer section of this table measures 2.1m in diameter, with the central spinning section at 1.2m.
The client wanted to embody the essence of the Maldives in the table, so we incorporated real sand, shells and moss to complete the natural aesthetic. The wood/land sections are ash.
The central section spins on a large lazy Susan mechanism, making it great for sharing food at meal times.
We finished the table in a high-gloss lacquer and produced a bespoke steel box-section base with a supporting top ring for the tabletop.
